Steve Baek

Founder & Head Instructor, BK Hockey

Based in Toronto, Steve Baek began coaching in Canada in 2006 and later founded BK Hockey. A former professional player, he competed in the Asia League and represented Korea at the World Championships.

Steve has trained players worldwide — from house league skaters to professionals in the NHL, KHL, OHL, and PWHL — including in the USA, Russia, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Latvia, Austria, Poland, Kazakhstan, Japan, China, Hong Kong, and South Korea.

His philosophy: Students must be committed to improving their hockey skills and willing to give 100% to reach their goals.

We offer private lessons. Learn skating, stickhandling, and a lot of individual hockey skills.
